This past week I was in Flagstaff, AZ along with all of Alternative Missions area directors for our annual Leadership Conference. Each year we gather together and discuss issues related to our ministries, where we are at with our ministry goals and what needs we have moving into the next year. The past 2 years we have all met in Costa Rica, but this year we decided to cool things down temperature wise and head for the hills of northern Arizona. It was a great time of discussion, encouragement, challenge and growth. Thank you so much to everyone who was praying during this time.
