I will be headed to Costa Rica tomorrow morning for a week of meetings with staff and friends. One week every year, the staff in Puerto Viejo gather together to talk about the previous years accomplishments and discuss their goals and objectives for the upcoming year. This next year we will taking a step back from a great deal of our normal responsibilities and focusing heavily on team building and strengthening our current ministries. One of our greatest needs is for workers to join us in Costa Rica.
Please pray for traveling mercies for me as I go. Also, please pray for Melissa and the boys as I am away. Max will hopefully be getting his cast removed while I am away. Pray for his complete healing. In Costa Rica, please pray for wisdom and understanding. We have a lot to discuss as a team and we really need Gods divine guidance as we develop our goals for 2008.
